A deep, intensely vibrant red color with attractive and lively black undertones.
Its aromas perfectly describe the varietal as notes of red cherries, blackberries, ripe tomatoes, and floral hints of rose petals and violets are appreciated.
Exquisitely spiced reminiscent of cinnamon, rosemary, and mint combined with coffee, vanilla, and hints of smoke imparted by the French oak in which it was aged. Despite its structure, it is very elegant and voluminous.
Suitable to accompany lamb, duck, and meats made with rich sauces like bourguignon, also perfect for pairing with dishes made with salmon, red tuna, lobster, and seafood.
